1,5 MONTH PROGRESS!

I'm very proud of my client. Although it's not the end of our journey, it's just a warm-up.

When I met her first time almost 8 weeks ago, she was a beginner.

Her goal was to lose weight and change eating habits and get into fitness.

We started with basic functional training twice a week. And extra cardio at home with my YT videos.

We set the diet on a slight caloric deficit.

And those are the results. Remember, you don't have to be extreme, just consistent.

My client still drank alcohol from time to time (of course, I did not recommend it). But she still managed to drop a few centimetres from her waist and thighs and reduce cellulite and tone. Why? Because in 80%, she stuck to the set plan.

I'm happy. She's happy!

Now we aim for more.
