5-week progress of one of my clients. DURING LOCKDOWN. ( Yes, it's possible)💪🏼🔥

We see each other twice a week during virtual PT sessions via zoom (We've done 10 sessions so far).

I prepared as well personalised diet plan, which my client follows.

The equipment we use during the sessions is:

💪🏼set od 2 kg dumbbells

💪🏼resistance band

💪🏼ankle weights
